WoodEX for Africa, a timber conference and exhibition, is the first of its kind to be held in Southern-Africa.

WoodEX for Africa 2012 will allow networking and business opportunities amongst suppliers, manufacturers and retailers – from forestry and academic institutions to suppliers of raw timber and finished products, through to specify inspection authorities, associations and contractors.

WoodEX for Africa will showcase Africa’s vast offering within the timber industry whilst simultaneously exposing the local industry players to the diverse international market. Experienced international recognised speakers will share pheir valued industry experiences and be available to answer questions in order to strengthen your business acumen. A wide array of innovative applications for timber will be discussed and on display, thus giving construction and manufacturing professionals new ways to approach their day-to-day projects. The inaugural WoodEX for Africa conference and expo will provide the timber industry with - for the first time - a forum to demonstrate how timber can deliver a more effective, attractive and sustainable built and living environment.
